The North Coast Holiday Parks manages 34 Holiday Parks and many other Crown Reserves positioned on the North Coast and the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, offering exceptional sun and surf holidays with an array of activities for guests of all ages with assorted budgets.

 

Nimblex Solution: Incident Reporting, Park Quality Auditing, Financial Reporting

Problem:

As part of their vision to ‘achieve efficiency through the use of alternative land management approaches and technology’, eBMS has configured an Incident Reporting System for North Coast Holiday Parks. The system includes automated workflows and quick reporting of incident/risk issues and auditing of scheduled tasks accessible by North Coast Holiday Parks’ park managers and coordinators.

 

Solution:

With the Nimblex Incident Reporting System in place, they can efficiently manage and minimise any potential risks and incidents in the workflow across all parks thereby improving the overall work environment. Moreover, it was determined that there was a need for a financial system to be in place. North Coast Holiday Parks operated on a budget model in Excel to provide management with future years forecasting that enabled the provision of information at various levels. With the Financial System that eBMS configured for them, we improved the functionality of the budget model by introducing a higher level of sophistication which not only provides budget information but also draws data from the finance system to reflect actual data in the same format.

The flexibility of the Nimblex system has allowed seamless enhancements to be added to the system since it was first deployed.
