The team here at eBMS operates as a close-knit family, which enables us to achieve our tasks with high distinction. At present our team is 20 people strong and growing all the time.
We place a strong emphasis on the growth and improvement of our young development team, whilst also trying to ensure we get the gender balance right, with a nearly 50% split of female and male staff. Diversity is also important between us; together we represent 7 different nationalities - our own ‘United Nations of eBMS’. This is a perfect example of how cultural diversity can work towards achieving great things and creating employment.
