This procurement model has evolved over many years, driven largely by feedback from our valued clients. Many of our client systems follow this model closely, while others are so different that we've built them completely new and unique systems. Initiate a Procurement

The Initiation phase will walk staff through the procurement process step by step. When finished they will submit their procurement for approval, upon which Advertising will begin.

Manage Responses and Award the Contract(s)

Procurement staff will enter responses as they come, or automatically download from TenderSearch or other systems. At the cut-off date, evaluation will begin. Panelists may each enter their scores, or the aggregate scores may be entered by the Chair. Multiple scoring rounds are supported. Once evaluation is complete, one or more Contracts may be awarded.
