FOI Request Management.

We will follow our data migration methodology when implementing any data migration for a client. Clients are given a detailed migration plan to fill in and follow. There will be at minimum a single test data migration and a single live data migration. If quoted there may be additional test migrations.

Live Dashboards

Use the live dashboard to assess and manage FOI requests. The dashboard displays the new requests that have been received but have not been allocated to the team. This information can be used to mark the requests valid/invalid once they have been assessed.

Nimblex tracks and reports on the status of the request. The FOI Manager can simply filter the records based on the status to get the progress reports and reports on closed and open requests. Since the data is in a digital format, it can easily be searched.

Reporting

Nimblex offers sophisticated reporting capabilities that allow you to manage and analyse your processes and data. Reports can also be exported in other formats, e.g. PDF, for printing.
